As part of our environmental policy we accept the return of re-usable Correx trays. 

The trays can be packed flat by undoing the 4 corner tags - making them easily stored and transported.

In order to make this a sensible proposition we have adopted the following method of working:

• Where we are unable to collect ourselves we can arrange for an uplift by PalletLine. In order for this  to be effective the customer will have to provide a pallet stacked with a minimum of 200 trays, ensuring the trays are securely tied on to the pallet. 
  
  
• Where we are able to collect using our own transport we will do so. If we are making a special collection a minimum of 200 trays will be required. If we are collecting from the same point that we are delivering we can collect smaller quantities.
  
   
• The location of the trays must be accessible to a 17t vehicle – although a smaller one may actually be used.

If you have Correx trays that you wish to return on the above basis, please contact  our despatch manager who will get the required information from you and arrange the uplift.

Now the interesting bit – in addition to saving you the time, effort and any costs associated with disposal, we will also pay 10p per usable tray that is returned. If the trays are collected by PalletLine, this money will be paid to customers as a cheque once the trays have been returned and assessed for usability. If we collect ourselves the driver will have money with him.
