Whilst our procedures should allow us to implement a perfect service we recognise that sometimes things do go wrong and you may be left feeling less than satisfied with some aspect of our operation. If this is the case do please contact us and let us know.
On receipt of a complaint we will take the details and ask you if we can investigate matters prior to getting back to you with our findings. Where it is clear that we or our representatives have fallen short in our service we will suggest how we aim to rectify the situation and will confirm this in writing to you.
In the event that you are not happy with our suggested remedy you may contact our Sales Director to discuss the issue in more detail.
All customer complaints are treated seriously and our approach is designed to allow us, where possible, to implement measures to ensure that there is no recurrence.
