4. Delivery

All postage and packaging charges for products are included within the price. 

There currently remain restrictions around delivery to Northern Ireland and we may not be able to accept orders - in which case we will contact you asap and offer a full refund.

As a guide, orders for 9 plants or more will be sent via a courier, 8 plants or fewer will be sent by Royal Mail.

All our deliveries are tracked, tracking numbers are available on request.

We do not offer a timed-delivery service or an express delivery option. Our couriers operate on a next day service and all Royal Mail orders are processed via the 48 Hour Track and Trace delivery option.

Although we endeavour to have a 2 day turn around for all orders please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered from date of confirmation email.

Please ensure the full address and postcode are correct, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss of products or delays in delivery due to incorrect address details.
