Red Oak Tree (Quercus Rubra)

The Red Oak tree (Quercus Rubra) is a fast-growing deciduous broadleaf oak tree native to North America, widely planted in the UK for its spectacular autumn colour. Large, deeply lobed leaves turn a rich, vivid red before falling in autumn, giving this oak tree its distinctive name and making it one of the most visually striking ornamental trees available. Red Oak trees develop a broad, rounded crown and can reach up to 25 metres in height.
